Middling Management is the community for people managers. Our goal is to build a group in service to one another around the hardest and most unpredictable parts of management.

The current focus will be on producing content and spurring discussion that’s part knowledge, part group therapy, part humor & all about sharing and supporting a good group of people leading teams.
