We’re 90% of the way through 2022 and what a year it has been. Hopefully you’re reading this on boats, trains, or airplanes hustling home to spend time with your loved ones this Thanksgiving holiday. Or at least taking some time to relax!

I’m very thankful for the luck that’s been thrown my way. Did you know there’s less than a 5% chance of being born in America? Talk about long odds. On top of that getting to work in the rapidly evolving world of tech startups and write for you all is such a blessing. So many smart people to share interesting ideas with and laughs along the way. What a crazy, awesome time to be alive. This Thanksgiving I would especially like to give thanks to the friends, family, colleagues, and dozens of people who have volunteered their time the last few months to share their management journeys with me. I’ve really enjoyed that gift of time.
